Shipping Time
- Receiving time = Tailoring Time(7-14 working days) + Shipping time（4-15 working days）
- Generally, orders are shipped within 7-14 working days of order confirmation payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation E-mail with tracking# once your order has been shipped.
- The final delivery time depends on the local logistic information.
Return and Refund
Return & Exchange:
Timeframe: Please request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return Shipping: If the return is due to a customer's change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund:
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation:
Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation. Once approved, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours after order confirmation are eligible for a full refund without any cancellation fee.
After 24 Hours: Since many Chiclody dresses are made-to-order and production begins shortly after confirmation, cancellation fees may apply:
- After 24 hours but before production completion: Up to 30% production fee may be deducted.
- After production completion: Up to 50% production fee may be deducted.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.
