Shipping Time
- Receiving time = Tailoring Time(7-14 working days) + Shipping time（4-15 working days）
- Generally, orders are shipped within 7-14 working days of order confirmation payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.

Return and Refund

At Chiclody, many of our dresses are carefully prepared and made-to-order to ensure the best quality and fit. Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin processing and preparing your dress shortly after.
Before Shipment
If your order has not been shipped, you may request a cancellation. Once approved, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
After Order Confirmation
Because production may begin shortly after your order is placed, cancellation fees may apply after the initial cancellation period:
- Within 24 hours after order confirmation: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
- After 24 hours but before production completion: Up to 30% production fee may be deducted from your refund.
- After production completion: Up to 50% production fee may be deducted from your refund.
- After shipment: Cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
